5most anticipated tele-dramas to be aired during Eid

With Eid-ul-Azha 2023 set to be celebrated tomorrow, the entire media industry has a lineup of entertaining spectacles ready for 'Eid Dhamaka.' Tele-drama enthusiasts are also looking forward to the upcoming dramas featuring their favorite stars. TV drama makers and stars, in preparation for the release, are fueling the excitement by unveiling trailers in tantalizing installments. Despite a flood of romantic-comedy dramas on the big screen, the audience's interest in TV dramas remains unwavering. Let's explore which Bangla dramas are coming on Eid-ul-Azha 2023.

‘Last Night’

Rakesh Basu, known for his seamless fusion of comedy, thriller, and mystery, presents a story where a photographer falls in love with a girl who visits his studio. Just as the story reaches its climax with a short-lived love affair, the photographer's secret identity is unveiled. But has he been acting all along? Or does another secret lurk beneath the surface?

Ziaul Faruq Apurba takes on the role of the photographer. The rising star TanjimSaiyaraTotini pairs with him in this drama. To unravel the true identity of the photographer, viewers must keep their eyes on the NTV screen.

‘Danpite’

‘Danpite’ revolves around Obhi, an unemployed young man whose careless actions lead to ironic consequences for those around him. Naturally, unemployment becomes the scapegoat for every mishap. As the problems escalate, humorous situations give way to negative outcomes.

Shafiqur Rahman Shantanu weaves a tale around this narrative, with Rakesh Basu directing the drama. Tawsif Mahbub portrays Obhi opposite Keya Payel. Catch the tele-drama on NTV.

‘SheshBoshonto’

Rakesh Basu returns with another drama for this year's Qurbani Eid— ‘SheshBoshonto,’ a portrayal of a traditional middle-class family. A man and a woman meet at a railway line, and end up sharing their life stories instead. They both realise that the people closest to them inflict the greatest pain in life.

Apurba and Sabila Nur, the beloved screen couple of the moment, take on the lead roles. This drama will be broadcast on the 3rd day of Eid at 9:30 pm on NTV.

‘Mittha Bola Baron’

Apurba and Mehzabin's unforgettable duo in the drama ‘Chapabaaz’ left a lasting impression. Following the popularity of the drama, ‘Mittha Bola Baron’ is going to hit the screens this time. Similar to ‘Chapabaaz,’ Apurba finds himself entangled in irony, only this time he must avoid lying. The drama promises to capture the hearts of the audience with its comedic brilliance.

Actress Safa Kabir takes on the lead role opposite Apurba. The drama, written and directed by Hamed Hasan Noman, will be aired at 8 pm on RTV on Eid day.

Kachher Manush

Today's small-screen heroes, Apurba and Tawsif, unite in this drama. The livelihood of a lower-middle-class family revolves around their restaurant. After the sudden demise of the father, the mother and three siblings find themselves helpless. Internal family quarrels expose them to the bitter realities of life.

The young director ImraulRafat has taken a big step to make this kind of family drama, going against the trend of romantic comedy. Apurba, Tawsif, and Tania Brishty portray the roles of the three siblings. Monira Mithu and Sharaf Ahmed Jiban grace the screen in supporting roles. Produced by SK Shahed Ali, this drama can be enjoyed on CMV's YouTube channel.

The popularity of the promos of the top 5 upcoming Bangla tele-drama on Eid-ul-Azha 2023 indicates the victory of the romantic comedy genre. Newcomers are making their mark accordingly. From directors to distributors, the entire crew strives to infuse entertainment into the Eid festivities.
