A new drama serial titled 'Probashi Poribar', written and directed by Maruf Rehman, is currently being aired on NTV every Thursday through Saturday at 8:20 pm. The storyline of the drama revolves around the challenges faced by expatriates, their families, and their journey through life.
The drama serial features Shamim Zaman, Asif Noor, Musafir Syed Bacchu, Maimuna Momo, Sahid Un Nabi, Samonty Shoumi, Maila Sultana Sumi, Hindol Roy, Sadia Tanzin, Rotna Khan, Arfan Anik, Taif Zereen, Anindita Ani, Nusrat Ruhi, Hasan Jahangir, Shimul Billah and Labbi Hasan in the different roles.
Sharing his thoughts on the drama serial, director Maruf Rehman told The Daily Messenger, "As a director, I aim to present my story in a unique way. It brings me immense joy to see that expatriates from different countries in the Middle East are appreciating the drama, which is truly heartening."
"Encouraged by this positive response, I am already planning another series titled 'Offline Family'. I hope to continue receiving the audience's love and support," he added.
The drama serial 'Probashi Poribar' delves into the reality of the expatriate experience, shedding light on their struggles and triumphs. As viewers tune in to television on the designated evenings, they are in for a captivating blend of entertainment and realism.
