Aruna Biswas, the popular actress, producer, and director of Bangladeshi cinema, has ventured into movie production for the first time with her project titled 'Asambhab'.

Produced by her very own production company and supported by a government grant, all aspects of the movie have now been finalised. Aruna has confirmed that the movie is set to be released on October 20, as the film has already received censor clearance.

The movie stars Abul Hayat, Josna Biswas (Aruna’s mother), Sohana Saba, Noor, Zinat Sanu Swagata, Shahed, and Shatabdi Wadud, among others.

Aruna Biswas shared her thoughts about the movie, saying, "I poured all my hard work into making this movie. As an artiste, I understand where potential dissatisfaction may arise. Hence, I have invested a lot of effort and hard work to minimize any dissatisfaction. The entire cast and everyone involved did an excellent job. That's why my optimism has grown."

Sohana Saba said, "There is an 'Aruna Biswas' behind this movie I am acting in. It has a good story and a beautiful arrangement. There are beautiful songs, stories of the country, family, and travel. The film was shot in picturesque locations and features many exciting scenes, including scenes of me getting wet in the rain on a winter night. Countless talented artists have strived to give their best.”

“This time, I am truly hopeful that the audience will be captivated while watching the movie. A few days ago, many of us gathered at FDC to preview some parts of the movie. That's why I can confidently express these thoughts," added the actress.

Additionally, the movie's songs are written by the late Gazi Mazharul Anwar, the famous lyricist of the subcontinent. The popular song ‘Moder Gorob Moder Asha’, written by Atul Prasad, has also been included in this movie. The story of the movie is penned by Mithu Biswas, Aruna Biswas' brother.
