Excitement is building in the music world as popular singer Sania Sultana Liza prepares to take on the esteemed role of chief judge in the upcoming reality show, RTV's 'Young Star Season 2,' themed 'Gola Chhere Gao.' Scheduled to kick off on September 9th, the show promises to be a captivating journey of raw talent and musical excellence.
Liza, celebrated for her past appearances as a judge in various reality shows during the country's initial stages, is stepping into a new chapter as she leads the judging panel for the first time.
Overflowing with enthusiasm, Liza shared her excitement about the significant responsibility that comes with being a main judge on such a grand platform. "In the beginning, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty. The year 2023 has repeatedly proven to be a fortunate one for me.
This year, my mother was honoured with the Mother's Medal, and my father was proudly awarded the Father's Medal on my behalf. Now, I have the privilege of not only being a reality show judge but also the chief judge. The joy and enthusiasm within me are beyond words. As someone who emerged from a reality show myself, I consider this role as Chief Judge of RTV's 'Young Star Season 2' to be a pivotal moment in my life".
Liza's journey in the music world began when she clinched victory in Close Up-1: Tomakei Khujchhey Bangladesh. She was judged by the likes of Tipu from Obscure and the accomplished keyboardist Partha Pratish Bappi during the initial stages of the competition. As the competition progressed, she received guidance from esteemed figures such as Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul, Fahmida Nabi, and Partha Barua in the final stages.
In addition to her role as a judge, Liza remains an active performer on stage, mesmerizing audiences with her melodious renditions. Notably, she was bestowed with the prestigious Best Female Singer award by the legendary Runa Laila, marking a significant achievement in her career as the Best Female Artist in November of the previous year.
