Popular Indian actress Rituparna Sengupta is eagerly anticipating the release of her upcoming India-Bangladesh joint production, 'Sporsho,' directed by Annono Mamun. The film recently wrapped up its shooting in Dhaka, following various filming locations in Kolkata.
'Sporsho' weaves a compelling narrative around Indira, a businesswoman, a passionate individual, and a single mother. Despite grappling with extreme loneliness, she is full of love and a keen desire to serve people.
Annono Mamun has praised Rituparna's outstanding performance in this challenging role she was given.
Rituparna Sengupta said, "Every movie is like a new test for me, and this remarkable project, with its compelling story, production quality, and the performances of the cast, has been a rewarding experience. I am very optimistic about the movie and hope the audience enjoys the chemistry between Nirab and me.”

Annono Mamun, the creative force behind the film, has not only directed it but also penned the story, dialogues, and screenplay. 'Sporsho' is produced by Action Cut Entertainment and Roll Camera Action.
Rituparna's recent cinematic endeavors, including her role as a painter in 'Beautiful Life,' directed by RD Nath and released in Kolkata on September 22, have showcased her versatility as an actress.
Additionally, her noteworthy work in Bangladesh includes films such as 'Sagorika,' 'Ami Sei Meye,' 'Meyerao Manush,' 'Shami Keno Asami,' and 'Shami Chintai,' among others.
