Moscow does not recognize decisions of the International Criminal Court (ICC) which has issued arrest warrants for Russian military officials, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday (6 March).
On Tuesday the ICC issued arrest warrants for commander of Russian long-range aviation Sergei Kobylash and the commander of Black Sea Fleet Viktor Sokolov.
"We are not parties to the [Rome] Statute, we do not recognize it. This is not the first decision, and we also know that there are various closed developments going on that are kept secret. We treat such decisions accordingly," Peskov told reporters.
