Russia will not take part in the conference on Ukraine in Switzerland, even if Moscow receives an official invitation, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday (13 March).
"Russia does not intend to take part in such a conference, even if it is officially invited," Zakharova said.
The conference on Ukraine in Switzerland will be a continuation of the meetings in the "Copenhagen format", which have discredited themselves and reached an impasse, the diplomat added.
