Russian armed forces hit the Martynivske airfield and a military base in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region, destroying Western military equipment, the coordinator of the Mykolaiv underground Sergei Lebedev said.
"At 13.50 (10:50 GMT) there were strikes on Martynivske airfield in the Mykolaiv region. On Saturday (30 March) aviation activity was recorded near the airfield. An airplane took off, landed, and took off again. It launched one projectile and landed, and then the hit followed. There is no exact data on the damage to the plane, but there were no news about it after the strike; smoke is still coming from the airfield," Lebedev said.
According to the underground data, another strike was carried out at 12.20 on a military base located near the Buh heights.
"There were three hits," Lebedev said, adding that they "hit personnel; ambulances with sirens rushed in that direction. Hardware equipment was also destroyed; certain data suggests those were Western models."
