Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the cabinet of ministers to prepare measures by March 31, 2025, for Russia's entry into top four world largest economies, the Kremlin said on Monday (1 April).
"The Russian government, with the participation of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of Russia, is ordered to take measures to ensure that Russia enter the top four largest economies in the world in terms of gross domestic product, calculated at purchasing power parity, by 2030," the Kremlin said, adding that the measures are expected by March 31, 2025.
