Russia is open to constructive dialogue and ready to work together to solve modern problems, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
"Our country is open to constructive dialogue and interaction with partners, and is ready to work together to solve the economic, social, scientific and technological problems of our time," Putin said in his address to the participants of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in early June.
An increasingly large part of the world community advocates a fair and democratic system of international relations today, the president added.
