Tulip Siddique is a Member of Parliament in the United Kingdom for the fourth time in a row. Being the granddaughter of Bangabandhu and the niece of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, people are very interested in British politics and around her. 

After the announcement of this year's results, in response to the victory, Tulip Siddique said, “Greetings to all, with your prayers, I was elected for the fourth time Our Bangladeshi community always helps and supports me. I am very grateful that they have supported me this time too.

Notably, Tulip won the election from a contested seat from the Labor Party in 2015. she was re-elected in the next round of 2017 elections. Then three years ahead of schedule, general elections were held in the UK at the end of 2019. Tulip Siddique defeated Johnny Luke of the Conservative Party by a margin of more than 14,000 votes.

Tulip Siddique, the granddaughter of Bangladesh's Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, has won the Hampstead and Highgate seat in northwest London for the fourth time in a row. The Conservative Party defeated Don Williams by a margin of about 15,000 votes. The results show that Tulip Siddique won by getting 23 thousand 432 votes. Which is 48.3 percent of the total votes. Their closest rival Don Williams got 8,462 votes.

Tulip, daughter of Sheikh Rehana and Shafiq Siddiqui, was born in Mitcham, London. Tulip spent her childhood in Bangladesh, India, and Singapore. She has a master's degree in politics, policy, and government from King's College London.

Tulip has worked with Amnesty International Greater London and Save the Children at various times she became a member of the Labor Party at the age of 16. Tulip was elected the first Bengali woman councillor in Camden Council in 2010.
