The Labor Party led by Sir Keir Starmer won the UK national election on July 4th in a landslide. After 14 long years, the team acquired the ownership of the key to 10 Downing Street.

The media is calling this election many names because the Labor Party has achieved better results than expected. Due to various reasons, this election will be a record in the pages of history. Even the highest number of Khyak ministers and even the former prime minister have been caught by the Labor candidates.

Out of 630 seats, Labor Party won 412, Conservative 121, Libdem 71 Reform-4 Green Party 4, SNP 9, and other 27 seats. The results of the two constituencies have not been announced। Keyer Starmer, the leader of the Labor Party in London, said to the people who are excited to form a government alone if any party wins 326 seats constitutionally, ‘change has started now। I'm glad’.

The Conservative Party stepped down from power in the UK after 14 consecutive years. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak accepted defeat and left. Rishi Sunak said, ‘Labour Party won the election. I called Sir Keir Starmer to congratulate him. There will be a peaceful and orderly transfer of power.

After being elected MP for the first time in 2015, he was elected as the Prime Minister of the country after 10 years. Born in London in 1962 in the media and other information, Keir entered politics after an illustrious career as a lawyer. He was elected as the first MP in his fifties. In his youth he was involved in radical left-wing politics. For which he is often heard talking about his life relationship with the working class in various lectures.  His father worked as a factory equipment manufacturer and his mother was a nurse. His family were also staunch Labour Party supporters, which is reflected in his name।She was named after Scottish miner Kier Hardy. The first leader of the Labor Party was Kier Hardy. Kier Starmer joined the local youth wing of the Labor Party at the age of 16. He also edited a radical left-wing magazine for some time. Sir Kier was the first member of his family to go to university to study. He studied law in Leeds and Oxford. Also worked on human rights as a barrister. During that time he worked to abolish the death penalty in Caribbean and African countries. In a famous case in the 1990s, he represented two eco-activists or environmental activists who were sued by 'McDonald's।In 2008, Sir Kier served as Director of Public Prosecutions and Head of the Crown Prosecution Service. Which means, he was the most senior prosecutor public counsel in England and Wales।He worked till 2013. He was knighted in 2014.

This election is the first time in UK history. The highest number of cabinet ministers lost their seats. The party has returned to such huge sales after being out of power for 14 consecutive years. The last time the Labor Party won was in 1992 and 1997 by a huge margin. In Labor history in 1997, Tony Blair won his first landslide victory - but Starmer's Labor Party won 412 seats, surpassing Blair's post-war record of 179.

And the Conservatives suffered their worst defeat in a century. They won only 121 seats less than the 156 seats they won in 1906. Even with such a huge majority, Labour has rarely increased their share of the vote. Instead, the country's vote was split into different smaller political parties. The Lib Dems won a maximum of 71 seats, more than their 2005 maximum of 62.

Based on the current results, the combined vote share of the Conservatives and Labour Party is 57.7% which is the lowest on record. This is evidence of the rise of smaller parties in British politics that have come to the fore in this election.

The Reform Party was the first to receive four of their seats and would represent them for the first time in the House of Commons. The Greens Party also won 4 seats in an unprecedented manner, having only one seat before.

Labour is now Scotland's largest party, having returned again, ending a decade of local SNPT dominance. Like the winner of Bangladesh's Sylhet 1 seat, it continues to be a popular belief that Labor has never won a general election without winning Scotland. Only one Conservative seat remains in the north-east of England. The region was a symbol of their victory under Johnson and is now the Red Sea again. Means Labor's victory red flag is flying there. The Conservatives lost all their seats in Wales and have no MPs in Oxfordshire where Lord Cameron used to represent. They were also wiped out in Cornwall. Four years ago in 2019, Boris Johnson led the Conservative Party to an 80-seat majority. This was their best result since Margaret Thatcher. In contrast, Rishi Sunak led their worst defeat.

Labour suffered its biggest loss since 1935. The country is waking up for their second biggest win this morning.

Liz Truss is the second former Prime Minister in British history to lose her seat in a general election. 12 former MPs joined the cabinet just a few weeks ago when Rishi Sunak called for a surprise election. This is the highest number of cabinet members to fail in history. Those include Jacob Rees-Mogg, former Brexit minister and Penny Mordaunt, the once-optimistic Tory leader, who both lost to Labour after Gillian Keegan, who was Education Secretary, was ousted by the Liberal Democrats.

Rishi Sunak apologizes to the nation as outgoing Prime Minister delivers his resignation address from Downing Street after Labour's stunning election victory. And in the brief statement, Mr Sunak also announced that he would step down as leader of the party.

Voters cast their votes in 40,000 polling stations across the UK in this election. The total number of voters was 4 crore 60 lakh. A record 4 thousand 525 candidates including nominees and independent candidates of 98 registered political parties participated in this election. 34 candidates of Bangladeshi origin, including eight from the Labor Party, are also in the fight for the vote.

King Charles III welcomes Sir Keir Starmer during an audience at Buckingham Palace.

"The King received in Audience The Right Honourable Sir Keir Starmer MP today and requested him to form a new Administration," a palace statement read.

"Sir Keir accepted His Majesty's offer and kissed hands upon his appointment as Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury."
