Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri has said that Bangladesh was a topic of discussion between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump. He said PM Modi shared his views and concerns regarding recent developments in Bangladesh and how India perceives the situation.
Misri made the remarks during a briefing in Washington on Friday as PM Modi's visit to the USA continues. India expressed the hope that the situation in Bangladesh would progress positively, allowing for constructive relations between the two countries, Misri added.
