Delegation of Australia Bangladesh Business Forum visit Dhaka

A strong delegation of the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum will visit Bangladesh on April 21 in preparation for the two-day Australia Bangladesh Business Expo at the International Convention Center Sydney, which will be from October 3 to 4.  

On Thursday (18 April), the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum organized a meeting at their own office in Minto, Sydney. 

In the meeting, presided over by Abdul Khan Ratan - President of Australia Bangladesh Business Forum - and conducted by Nazmul Hasan - Joint General Secretary - many important decisions were taken, including the 21st visit of the delegation to Bangladesh in preparation for the two-day trade fair in Sydney next October. 

It was informed in the meeting that the delegation of the forum will participate in the trade fair to be held at Bashundhara International Convention City of Dhaka from 26th to the 27th of April. For the successful completion of this trade fair, the Ministry of Commerce of Bangladesh and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) will meet with various business organisation representatives, including FBCCI, the apex body of traders. 

Also, to make the two-day trade fair in Sydney successful, a press conference will be organized on the evening of April 30 (Tuesday) at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dhaka. In this press conference, the Ministry of Commerce, Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) , FBCCI, Bangladesh High Commission, Canberra High Commissioner and various business organizations will be present. 

Abdul Khan Ratan, Mozzamel Haque Babu, Shafiq Sheikh, Nazmul Hasan and Naiem Abdullah will be in the visiting delegation of the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum. 

The Ministry of Commerce of Bangladesh and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) under the Ministry will provide full support to successfully complete this trade fair under the overall supervision of Bangladesh High Commission Canberra.
