Two years ago, a portion of Dam No. 4 along the Padma River succumbed to the relentless force of nature in Paba, Rajshahi. In a preemptive move to safeguard the dam from the impending waters of the Padma, workers diligently fill geo bags with sand, readying them for deployment into the river.
