Awami League has decided to hold a discussion on December 10 following the the Election Commission’s (EC) refusal to give permission to hold a rally.
On the occasion of World Human Rights Day, the Dhaka City South Awami League announced a rally at the south gate of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque on that day.
AL unit office secretary Riaz Uddin told, "The Election Commission did not give permission to hold the rally. Instead of the rally, a discussion will be held at the Dhaka district Awami League office in Tejgaon."
