BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir alleged that Awami League has become more brutal in killings and injuries due to the fear of losing power.
He said this in a statement sent to the media on Friday (February 16) night.
At that time, he said, “After the dummy and farcical election on January 7, the occupying Awami ruling group is now afraid of losing power.
They have become more reckless and vicious in killing and injuring the leaders and workers of opposition parties including BNP. Nothing can condemn this ruthless act, he said.
In the statement, Mirza Fakhrul also demanded the arrest and exemplary punishment of the killer of Mohammad Musa.
