Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq on Friday (5 April) shrugged off BNP's anti-India campaign, saying the party is facing existence crisis.
"...when a political party faces crisis over its mere survival, it usually blathers like these. BNP too is blathering, no need to take it so seriously," he told replying to a query of journalists on BNP's recent anti-India campaign, in Kasba, Brahmanbaria, an official release said.
The minister later attended a function to distribute laptops to 80 women entrepreneurs at Kasba Upazilla auditorium. Deputy commissioner Mohammad Habibur Rahman presided over the function, organized by district administration and a project titled 'Her Power'.
Superintendent of police Md Shakhawat Hossain, Kasba Upazilla Parishad chairman Rashedul Kawser Bhuiyan, and Kasba upazila nirbahi officer Shahriar Mukter were present on the occasion, among others.
