Swechasebak Dal President SM Jilani said that some people have indulged in extortion using the name of BNP, which is against the party policy. Calling on the leaders and activists, he said that everyone should be committed to keeping the honour of BNP intact by trusting the patriot and BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at a function organized by the Swechasebak Dal New Market branch at Nilkhet Bakusa Market field recently. Md. Iqbal Hossain, the joint convener of Ward No. 18 Swechasebak Dal, also spoke on the occasion. He called on everyone to implement the 31 points of leader Tarique Rahman in the country.
The function was held to accelerate organizational activities. New Market Thana Swechasebak Dal convener Md. Khan Monir presided over the program while New Market Thana Swechasebak Dal joint convener Md. Rezaul Karim Jitu moderated the program. The main speaker at the function was Dhaka Metropolitan South Swechasebak Dal President AA Zahir Uddin Tuhin.
SM Jilani said, we are working to make the organization stronger and more dynamic under the instructions of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman. For this purpose, new leadership is being selected. However, there is no opportunity to exclude anyone here.
Dhaka Metropolitan South Swechasebak Dal General Secretary Saad Morshed Pappa Sikder, Vice President Monir Hossain Mridha, Abdullah Al-Mamun, Senior Joint Secretary Delwar Hossain Rintu, Joint Secretary Hasan Ali, Office Secretary Md. Saiful Islam Palash were present as special guests on the occasion.
