The MoU signifies a strategic partnership between DCL and Apex DMIT Limited to deliver CSR projects, aiming to provide digital talent development solutions to high school students in underprivileged communities, granting them access to computers and innovative solutions, thus offering value-added services for their holistic development.

Under the agreement's terms, DCL will serve as a partner, supplier, and solution provider for Apex DMIT Limited, offering special pricing and a range of value-added services on DCL Brand Computers. These services include extended warranties, priority technical support, on-site installation, and pre-installed software, among others. "By synergizing our strengths, our goal is to provide outstanding products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of our partner Apex DMIT Limited, thereby making a jointly significant contribution to the development of young talent in Bangladesh

We are delighted to collaborate with Daffodil Computers PLC," said Mr. Mike Kazi, Chairman of Apex DMIT Limited.  Apex donates 1% of its gross profit to help less fortunate and poverty-stricken communities in Bangladesh and worldwide. The company's core value of "Pursue Evolution and Learning" has inspired us at Apex to plan to donate computers, provide IT support, and assign teachers to over 100 high schools in underprivileged communities. This partnership will enable us to contribute to the underprivileged community who lack access to computers and digital solutions for their educational needs, thereby developing the human resources of Bangladesh.

The partnership between DCL and Apex DMIT Limited underscores their commitment to implementing year-round CSR projects aimed at supporting and fostering the sustainable development of young talent in high schools from underprivileged communities in Bangladesh.
