Hosts Bangladesh Women's Cricket team clinched the three-match Women's ODI Series 2-1 beating touring Pakistan Women's by seven wickets in the series deciding 3rd match at the Sher-e- Bangla National Stadium here on Friday (10 November).
Earlier, Bangladesh Women's team won their historic and first-ever Women's T20 Series against Pakistan beating them also 2-1 in the three-match series at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram last month.
In the day's match, Pakistan team batted first after winning the toss and folded their innings for 166 for 9 in stipulated 50 overs, featuring 65 runs in 19.2 overs in the opening stand.
Opener Didra Ameen contributed the match highest unbeaten 84 runs off 143 deliveries hitting three fours while another opener Sadaf Shamas scored 61-ball 31 runs with two boundaries.
Nahida Akter was the most successful among the BangladeshI bowlers grabbing three wickets for 26 runs.
