Nepal team captain and star raider Ghanshyam Roka Maga Sunday (2 June) said their aim is to retain the trophy of Bangabandhu Cup International Kabaddi Tournament.
Maga, who single-handedly brought Nepal to the final with a great performance in the tournament, expressed his desire ahead of final match against Bangladesh. The final match will be taken place tomorrow (Monday).
He said: "We played well and reached the final. We'll try to win against Bangladesh. This is the first time we have reached the final of this tournament. Now our goal is to win the championship."
Nepal's coach Bishnu Dutt Bhat also echoed the same statement of Ghanshyam.
The Nepalese coach said: "Bangladesh are a good team. We lost against them in the group stage but now we we'll try to play well in the final and hope to win.
Bishnu also hoped that the crowd would support his team after their remarkable victory against Kenya in the semifinal.
