Jamie Smith became the youngest English wicketkeeper to score a test century at the age of 24. While the host, ended up substantial first innings to lead against Srilanka in Old Trafford Test.
Smith's maiden ton saw England in command and finish with 358 that gave them first innings lead of 122.
